1.- Introduction

The terms “you” and “user” are used in this document to refer all natural and juridic people who accede to web page www.hotelriodopozo.com or use its services.
The using of these services means the full acceptance without reservations and validity of all and each one of the general hiring conditions here regulated.
As a customer, you declare to be an adult over eighteen and have all juridic capacities enough to link yourself to the present General Conditions hiring with Rio do Pozo Hotel.
Rio do Pozo Hotel informs you that the proccedings to obtain the offered services are those described in this General Conditions, in addition to those proccedings indicated on the screen during navigation. You declare to know and accept those proccedings as necessary to hire the services offered in this web page.

2.- The use of reservation services and on-line pre-reservation.

On-line reservation and pre-reservation services have the aim of the reservation of the services offered in our Hotel. The use of these services means the full acceptance without reservations and validity of all and each one of the present General Conditions.
Hiring Procedure: Using this service, the user will receive an electronic mail in which the reservation number or “localizador” will be included. This reservation number is used as a supporting reservation and it is used also as an acceptance confirmation.

Warranty and cancellation politics: Reservations done from our web page will be garanteed with a credit card number given by the user in the corresponding form. No presentation to the offered services or cancellation with less than 24 hours in advance means the automatic charge of the amount corresponding to the service.

Prizes: Prizes shown in our web page do not include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax).

2.2 User undertakes to use the services according to the law, good customs and public order, as well as according to what is said in the present General Hiring Conditions. As a consequence, it is compulsory not to use the services with an illicit aim or with an aim contrary to that established in the present General Conditions, so the services have to be used in a way that third person rights or interests and hotel services or image must not be harmed.

2.3 Rio do Pozo Hotel could unilaterally modify the offered services, the web service use conditions, operative and technical conditions and some substantial aspects of the web page, for better quickness and dynamism and always for the benefit of the user. These modifications could be done in every moment and without prior notice. Besides, the users could make all the suggestions they think convenient to improve the offered service, getting in contact with the people in charge of the web page in the following electronic mail direction: …………………………………………………………..

3.- User personal data protection by Rio do Pozo Hotel

www.hotelriodopozo.com user who voluntarily gives personal data must be perfectly conscious that Rio do Pozo Hotel treats the data automatically and adds it to a file with the aim of offering and doing the services. Rio do Pozo Hotel is the owner of this file, which is registered in Data Protection Spanish Agency.

Rio do Pozo Hotel saves itself for the right of unilateral modification, without prior notice of any term and condition in the present Hiring General Conditions, in the way as Rio do Pozo Hotel thinks convenient and always informing the users about the modifications done through www.hotelriodopozo.com.

5.- Safe-conduct of Hiring General Conditions

In any condition collected in the present Hiring General Conditions is declared null, the rest of the General Conditions will stand in the present terms. No present contract condition will affect the compulsory dispositions as regards users and consumers. If you are not a consumer, you will expressly waive your right.

The user is conscious that the use of on-line reservation and pre-reservation services means the full acceptation of each clause established in the use politics of the web page published by Rio do Pozo Hotel. 7.- Application law and appropriate jurisdiction

The present Hiring General Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Rio do Pozo Hotel and users submit courts and tribunals placed in A Coruña city (Spain). For the decision of any controversy which could emerge about the validity, attachment, fulfilment and partial or total decision, the user does express renunciation to his/her local law code.
